Civil Structural & Architectural-TL2

• Minimum 15+ years of professional Experience
• Planning and project management responsibility for the architecture trade within general planning and EPCM projects
• Development and planning of innovative architectural solutions and designs in the field of object planning with a focus on service in Concept/ Basic and Detail Design phases for complex projects, buildings and facilities in the high-tech industry
• Content-related and organizational leadership responsibility for expert planning teams in the field of architecture
• Management of the planning process in general planning projects as well as higherlevel content coordination and interface to internal and external planning stakeholders
• Advising our customers as well as sparring with internal departments regarding planning processes
• Successfully completed studies in architecture or a comparable qualification
• Several years of in-depth professional experience in a comparable position with planning or project management responsibility at a general planning company
• In-depth knowledge of property planning as well as special knowledge in the field of cleanroom planning desirable
• Knowledge and experience in integral model-based planning desirable
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel on a project-related basis
• Independent, conceptual, structured, and cross-discipline work
• Solution-oriented negotiation skills as well as a good feel for people and facts
• Advanced project management Skills (Budgets , Scheduling , Steering etc)
• Quality Management Experience
• Autocad Revit Experience
• Experience in Bim Coordination
