Job Description


  • Wind and solar onsite measurement station data review and reporting.
  • Weekly data monitoring, quality control and cleaning.
  • Technical investigations into data quality issues, including liaising with equipment suppliers.
  • Management of data pipelines from measurement devices to data management system.
  • Scheduling deployment of measurements, and review of contractor reporting


Work Experience
  • 3+ years experience analyzing met station data from range of measurement types (met masts, LiDARs, solar measurements stations).
  • Detailed knowledge of operational characteristics of most resource measurement technologies such as: anemometers, wind vanes, temperature, pyranometers, LiDARs, SoDARs, data loggers.
  • Ability to perform quality control and data cleaning of resource measurements.
  • Understanding of key safety risks associated with measurement equipment.
  • Experience using Winographer or other industry software.
  • Experience of dealing with external contractors/suppliers.
Required Professional Competencies / Soft Skills
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English.
Ability to collaborate across multi-disciplinary technical teams working in different regions
Motivated and self-starting individual with interest in continuous improvement.
Attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Required Education & Certification
Bachelor in Engineering or other technical discipline
