1.) Job Title : IT Support Engineer
2.) Job Summary :
As an IT Support Engineer, you will be supporting IT operations, ensuring system security, and optimizing technology usage across the organization. You will handle technical troubleshooting, audits, training, and asset management while collaborating with various teams to enhance IT processes.
3.) Key Responsibilities :
Technical Support :
- Respond to client IT issues via email, phone.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Provide remote and onsite support as required.
Client Relationship Management :
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients to understand their IT needs.
Collaboration and Reporting :
- Work with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to clients and internal team.
- Stay updated with the latest IT trends and recommend tools and technologies to improve efficiency.
Asset Management :
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all company devices, including hardware, software, and licenses.
Audits and Compliance :
- Coordinate and handle internal Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing and Source Code Reviews with other internal audits.
- Ensure compliance with IT security and operational standards.
Documentation and Reporting :
- Document technical processes, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
- Prepare regular reports on IT operations, incident resolutions, and audit findings.
4.) Required Qualifications :
Education :
- Any Bachelor's degree.
Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and Linux systems.
- Understanding of networking concepts (e.g., LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN, DNS).
- Familiarity with IT security practices, including VAPT, SCR, and incident management.
- Knowledge of asset management tools and remote support solutions.
Experience : 0-2 years.
Soft Skills :
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
