Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will source leads through online platforms (like Sales Navigator) and offline channels, provide product demos, manage expos, and build strong client relationships. The role involves traveling across India and, occasionally, abroad to represent Niraltek Solutions and drive sales for our innovative IoT products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source potential leads from online platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and through direct visits.
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring revenue targets are met.
- Represent the company at expos, trade shows, and events, promoting our brand and products.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for up- selling or cross-selling.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in IoT or technology-driven projects.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Tamil.
- Ability to provide technical demos and understand client requirements.
- Experience with online lead generation tools like Sales Navigator.
- Willingness to travel extensively within India and abroad.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
