Job Description
- Maintenance and implementation of transfer pricing policies including preparation of quarterly calculations
- Preparation of transfer pricing calculations and journal entries and partner with accounting for the journal entries to be posted
- Preparation of quarterly worldwide forecast for tax provision purposes to ensure correct mix of earnings by legal entity
- Coordinate and review transfer pricing studies prepared by outside tax advisors and tax authority documentation requirements globally
- Assistance on the review of intercompany agreements and maintain the Company s intercompany agreement database
- Special projects, as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree required, advanced degree or law degree in taxation preferred
- Strong technical knowledge in transfer pricing, and preferably in international tax
- Strong accounting, project management, analytical and tax technical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience in Microsoft PowerBI or other automation tools/platforms preferred
- Ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with technology companies preferred
