Transfer Pricing Executive

BCL India is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Executive to join their Transfer Pricing and International Taxation team!

Required skills and responsibilities

1. Lead and manage transfer pricing projects under the guidance of partners and established processes.

2. Train and mentor junior team members on transfer pricing matters.

3. Identify international transactions, draft the FAR analysis, extract data from databases like Prowess, and conduct

benchmarking analysis.

4. Prepare transfer pricing documentation and draft comprehensive study reports.

5. Possess experience with tax litigation, interpreting case law, and presenting arguments before Transfer Pricing

Officers (TPOs).

6. Support the tax team during audits by filing forms like 3CEB, 15CA, 15CB and other related issues.

7. Adept at using MS Word and Excel for data analysis and reporting.

8. Ensure seamless compliance through the filing of various transfer pricing forms (Master File, CbCR, etc.).

9. Interpret and apply international tax rules and regulations.

10. Demonstrate a strong learning mindset and willingness to stay updated on TP laws in both India and the UAE,

catering to a global clientele.

Eligibility criteria and minimum requirement:

1. Graduates with a minimum of two years of experience in Transfer Pricing.

2. Semi-qualified Chartered Accountants (CAs) with a minimum of two years of experience in Transfer Pricing.
