Job Description
SAP IBP - Inventory Optimization
- IBP Team Member Inventory Optimization is responsible for d eveloping and building successful implementation plans and programs for SAP IBP within the customer organizations
- Liaising with Pre Sales Teams to build IBP Proof of concepts and Customer Demos
- Assist with building Assets and Accelerators within SAP IBP
- Mandatory expereince of one full life cycle of IBP implementation end to end
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Graduate in Engineering, Post Graduate MBA, MTech, MS in Operations Management SCM preferred
- Mandatory Five plus years of Supply Chain Planning Experience with at least 3 years in SAP IBP
- Desirable Experience in SAP APO or other Planning solutions would be an added advantage
Process Knowledge
- Deep Process understanding of end to end Supply Chain planning familiarity expertise with SCOR model is preferred technology agnostic
- Expertise in at least two industries eg, CPG, Chemical, Automotive, Life Sciences etc.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication skills verbal as well as written
- Positive attitude with the flexibility and maturity to work in a challenging client environment
- Conduct trainings and be a mentor for junior IBP team members
Value Creation
- Ability to devise and lead Go To Market strategies for IBP to assist Sales and Alliance teams in expanding clients IBP footprint globally
- Build Assets and Accelerators to reduce the overall cost to serve
