Job Description
Python Squish SME:
- Should have 13+ years of experience in software testing with strong proficiency in python programming with hands-on experience in developing test script and framework (Must)
- Should have at least 6+ years of practical experience in Python Squish
- Expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining automation frameworks using relevant technologies (Must)
- Experience in python with BDD methodologies using Cucumber, Behave, Gherkins for test automation.
- Solid understanding in DevOps and Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines, version control system(e.g., Git) and related tools Jenkins or similar (Must)
- Should be able to work on the project as required in an individual contributor/ SME role as well to ensure the team has the direction from a technical standpoint as well (Must)
- Extensive knowledge of regulatory requirement specifically in 510(K) submission and FDA guidelines in healthcare or medical device industry
- Project planning and end-to-end sprint planning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Taking initiative and participating in project meeting, providing insights and recommendations regarding test strategy test coverage and overall quality assurance processes.
- Good command of the English language, both spoken and written
