Job Description
- International vendor logistic supporting for HWTE demand
- Assist vendors to provide correct paperwork and resolve customs clearance issues
- Confirm CM shipment authorization for non-China vendors
- Provide efficient shipping solution to ensure schedule and LT are met
- Work with CM to entry inventory and maintain data in Asset Tracker, RFID system
- Inventory physical audit after each build
- Tracking idling equipment utilization
- Proceed scrapping process
Inventory Analyst (Experience 5-8yrs)
- Handson exposure to material management
- International vendor logistic supporting for demand
- Assist vendors to provide correct paperwork and resolve customs clearance issues
- Confirm CM shipment authorization for non-China vendors
- Provide efficient shipping solution to ensure schedule and LT are met
- Work with CM to entry inventory and maintain data in Asset Tracker, RFID system
- Inventory physical audit after each build
- Tracking idling equipment utilization
- Proceed scrapping process
- Own the unresolved invoices check the issues, co ordinate resolution with the internal team and suppliers. Close the loop with AP.
- May need to know SAP to access the records and drive resolution in item master, receivables & supplier master
- Need to coordinate VMI/Consignment / Supplier Stocking quantities and lead times
