Financial Inventory Manager ( CA Mandatory )

Job Description:

1. Periodically physical auditing inventory across divisions & preparing consolidated report for the delta.
2. Reconciliation of Inventory for the delta found in audit across verticals.
3. Creating SOPs for effective consumption and invoicing process across the stores.
4. Monitoring & auditing the current SOPs and suggesting improvements if any.
5. Will be a strong bridge between finance team and inventory divisions.
6. Periodically reviewing inventory negatives and drafts in the inventory software.
7. Presenting the Data matrix and deviation if any to the HOD periodically for ensuring inventory hygiene.
8. Will be responsible for creating P&L for the division with the focus on cost effectiveness.
9. Will be responsible for multiple stakeholders communication.
10. Computation of BOM & Unit cost for all manufactured products & trading products.
11. Inventory management, their ageing & drive action for liquidation.
12. Ensure 100% stock replenishment for best sellers and maintain compliance with zero billing errors.
13. Maintain zero defective stock for specified categories and keep Global PI Shrinkage at or below 0.1%.
14. Log utility readings, process bills timely, and audit planograms for process compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• CA/MBA Finance/CA Inter with minimum 3-4 years of experience.
• Should have handled at least a team size of 5+ members.
• Experience of working on inventory Software like SAP, Zoho etc is a must.
• Strong knowledge of inventory valuation and standard costing
• Should have handled atleast 5000+ SKUs.

About the job

Key Responsibilities

Ensure 100% stock replenishment for best sellers and maintain compliance with zero billing errors.

Manage inventory postings twice a month and raise STOs as required and ensure to mitigate the compliance.

Maintain zero defective stock for specified categories and keep Global PI Shrinkage at or below 0.1%.

Track and resolve negative inventory issues.

Post petty cash expenses monthly and ensure daily EDC batch settlements.

Close control accounts, paper finance cases, and billing pendencies within defined TATs.

Achieve 100% of AOP sales plan and maintain EMI business CC/DC EMI at 30%.

Manage store operations, demonstrating leadership and entrepreneurial orientation.

Ensure proper inventory management, shrinkage control, and adherence to merchandising layouts.

Log utility readings, process bills timely, and audit planograms for process compliance.
