Job Title: Senior Sales Manager.
Location: Pune.
Experience: 8 to 10 Years.
Qualification: BE Mechanical + MBA (Preferred).
Position Summary:
- The candidate will be responsible for B2B sales activity Assisting the marketing and sales team on the technical aspect of operations.
- Help the team to structure efficient deliverables and high-quality outputs using their technical expertise for requirements.
Responsibility:
- Consistent track record of Achieving & Exceeding Annual Sales Targets.
- Interacting with end client decision makers (sr. mgmt/owners) independently.
- Must have handled yearly sales quota of min INR 15-20 Crores.
- Gathering market intelligence on key market developments/competition and reporting periodically to head office.
- Ability to travel(regional/domestic) 50% of the times.
- Ability to interface between client requirements and internal stake holders.
- Independently participating in trade fairs/exhibitions/conferences.
- Maintaining ISO Documentations & records.
- Industry: Engineering works in disciplines that include mechanical, electrical, chemical, civil, Hazardous and environmental engineering, among others.
Key Skills:
- Good communication skill in English (written & verbal) and at least one additional regional language.
- Analytical Skill / Presentation skill.
- Basic Knowledge of commercial / Inco-Terms / Letter of credit / Bank Guarantee.
- Knowledge of Export and documentation.
- MS office - Words/Excel/Power point is must.
- Must be fluent in at least English and 1 other regional language (Tamil).
- Looking for Dynamic Sales candidates for Individual Contributor role with selling equipment's/plants/machinery to Auto ancillary, aerospace Industry.
