Role & responsibilities
- Able to coordinate with service team for data collection against customer query
- Create and distribute daily customer quality report
- Able to make a corrective action report
- Maintain customer complaint records and update information
- Provide guidance and training to new customer service representatives
- Develop and maintain customer / Service team relationships
Preferred candidate profile
- Ms office
- Good Communication skill (English & Hindi must)
- Problem solving techniques (QC Story, 8D,7QC tools)
