Job Opportunity: Executive Assistant for a Leading Company in Lower Parel

Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The key responsibilities include:

• Calendar Management
• Manage the CEO's calendar and ensure seamless scheduling of appointments and meetings

• Communication Handling
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.

• Travel Coordination
• Plan and arrange travel itineraries, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and other logistics.

• Personal Assistance
• Provide personalized support to the CEO as required for both professional and personal tasks.

• Administrative Support
• Perform secretarial duties such as data entry, document filing, and maintaining records efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must be 30 years old or below
• only local candidates preferred
