We're a D2C startup We need someone who can translate numbers into narratives, optimizing performance across different functions like marketing, operations and growth.

Job Responsibilities:

- Analyze and Optimize Data: Evaluate sales and performance metrics to identify trends, key areas/ leavers for growth, and campaign effectiveness using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Shopify data.

- Performance Marketing Insights: Partner with digital marketing teams to analyze Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon Ads, identifying ways to improve ROI and create some good frameworks to scale campaigns profitably.

- Customer Behavior Tracking: Track and analyze user behavior, product preferences, and feedback to optimize product listings, landing pages, and marketing campaigns.

- Collaborate Cross-functionally: Work closely with marketing, product development, and design teams to ensure smooth implementation of data-driven decisions.

- Competitor& Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging footwear trends and ensure the firm stays ahead of competition in the mass premium segment.

- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare business requirement documents, data reports, and presentations to communicate performance updates, insights, and recommendations.

Qualifications:

- D2C/E-commerce Expertise: 1+ years experience with a D2C or an e-commerce brand

- Data Analysis: Proficient in tools like SQL/ Python, with the ability to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights.

- Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to uncover performance gaps and creatively solve challenges using data-driven methods.

- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication to convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders and senior management.
