About the role :

A front-end engineer, also known as a front-end web developer or designer, selects, installs and tests the user interface elements of a website. The front-end developer focuses on the look and feel of the site, along with its functionality.

You will be responsible for :

- Build reusable code and libraries for future use.

- Own & build new modules/features end-to-end independently.

- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.

Qualification & Experience :

- Any Engineering Graduate or Post Graduate.

- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent

- 3 to 6 Years of professional experience.

Great to have's :

Must have skills or competencies :

- Thorough understanding of JavaScript, its quirks, and workarounds.

- Experience on react.js and next.js is a must.

- Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, lazy loading, optimisations and AJAX.

- Good understanding of decoupled architecture and single page applications

- Diligence for coding standards

- Must be good with git and git workflow

- Experience with web engagement tools like mix-panel or amplitude is a plus.

- Basic understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3

- Understanding of build tools like grunt / gulp / webpack
