Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for social media marketing, lead generation, marketing strategies, web analytics, and overall digital marketing initiatives to drive business growth and brand presence.
Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of the brand's digital marketing budget for the company and its affiliates, focusing on paid marketing brand campaigns.
- Develop a robust digital marketing strategy to help the brand reach its target audience at scale, delivering growth at optimal costs.
- Measure, optimize, and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, optimizing budget and plans based on these insights.
- Lead testing and growth strategies across all digital platforms, analyzing performance to scale strategies based on feasibility.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests, driving a measurement mindset to foster growth.
- Lead projects focused on analytics to measure digital campaign outcomes and plan effective consumer journeys.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, providing thought leadership and perspective for appropriate adoption.
- Build agile digital marketing capabilities to quickly pivot and meet dynamic business needs.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and partners.
- Develop and manage in-house operations capabilities for Programmatic and Social platform paid campaigns.
- Establish and maintain effective measurement and optimization frameworks for all brand digital efforts at the company including techniques like Marketing Mix Modeling, Multi-Touch Attribution, and Lift analysis.
- Continuously upskill teams on new digital trends, tools, and measurement methodologies.
Requirements :
- Master's degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a top-tier university.
- 5+ years of experience, with at least 5 years of recent experience in a Consumer Tech brand; experience in the FMCG or wellness industry is a plus.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ad serving and analytics tools , Programmatic, Google Ads and FB Ads Manager.
- Proven experience managing and deploying digital media budgets at scale.
- Exceptional skills in managing digital marketing activities within deadlines, budgets, and requirements.
- Ability to handle pressure, juggle priorities, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of the latest digital trends, practices, and developments.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented and highly motivated.
