Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships, can manage Excelations with clients in the e-commerce industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying client needs, providing solutions to enhance their online presence, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role involves managing key accounts, driving client engagement, and contributing to business growth

Key Responsibilities:

*Build and nurture relationships with key clients in the e-commerce space to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

*Act as a primary point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.

*Identify new business opportunities by understanding client needs and proposing relevant solutions.

*Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and customer service) to ensure the successful execution of client strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in the e-commerce or digital industry.

Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, including platforms, marketplaces, and customer behavior.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
