Job summary:
The Senior Process Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and managing training programs to enhance employee performance and ensure adherence to organizational processes and standards. This role focuses on up-skilling teams, fostering operational excellence, and driving continuous improvement initiatives through effective training strategies. The Senior Process Trainer will collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
*Conduct process-specific training sessions for new hires, tenured employees, and team leaders.
* Ensure all trainees have a clear understanding of the processes, tools, and quality standards.
*Design, develop, and update training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules.
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of processes and training content.
*Monitor, evaluate, and document trainee performance through assessments and feedback sessions.
In-depth knowledge of process workflows and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree /Masters in Business, Operations, or related fields (preferred).
*Minimum 2 years of experience in training roles, including at least 2 years in a process-specific trainer role.
Languages required:
English, Hindi, and Kannada.
