Business Development Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation.
  
• Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  
• Identify potential customers and negotiate deals to meet sales targets.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction.
  
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in sales or a related field (freshers can apply).
  
• Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.B.A/ B.M.S or MBA/PGDM preferred).
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
  
• Strong negotiation skills for closing deals.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Preferable to travel with groups to any location ( Domestic / International) as tour manager.
