Business Development Executive

• Reach out to potential customers through calls and meetings.
• Conduct site visits and present our offerings to clients.
• Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies.
• Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.

• 4 days of office work.
• 2 days of field site visits.
• 1 weekly day off (Tuesday).

• Experienced or Freshers in any discipline, preferably with an interest in sales and business development.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office Suite is a plus.
• Candidates with a two-wheeler are preferable.
