Job summary:
The Regional Head is responsible for overseeing and managing the operations, strategic initiatives, and performance of the organizations activities within a specified region. This leadership position demands a dynamic individual who can drive growth, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives. The Regional Head will play a critical role in the regional expansion, team management, financial performance, and stakeholder engagement. The role requires an experienced leader with a proven track record in regional leadership and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the regional strategy in alignment with the companys overall goals and objectives.
Lead and manage regional business development efforts to ensure growth and profitability.
Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and partnerships to strengthen the regional footprint.
Implement corporate strategies at the regional level, adapting them to local markets.
Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Experience:
At least 8-10 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, with a proven track record of driving results at the regional or national level.
Strong experience in [Telecome,fintech,FMCG,FMCD], including a solid understanding of market trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Key Competencies:
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
