Executive Assistant To CXO

Role & responsibilities

1. Administrative Support
   
• Manage and maintain the CXO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations as required.
2. Communication Management
   
• Act as the point of contact between the CXO and internal/external stakeholders.
• Draft and manage correspondence, emails, and reports on behalf of the CXO.
• Screen and prioritize calls and messages, ensuring timely responses.
3. Coordination and Collaboration
   
• Coordinate with various departments and teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and activities.
• Assist in tracking project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
4. Data Management
   
• Organize and maintain confidential documents and records.
• Conduct research and provide data insights to support decision-making.
5. Event Planning
   
• Plan and execute high-level meetings, conferences, and events involving the CXO.
• Handle logistics, materials, and follow-up activities.
6. Special Projects
   
• Undertake special assignments as directed by the CXO, ensuring timely and quality completion.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
