Role & responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager at MANSUKH FINANCIAL PRIVATE LIMITED in Chandigarh, India. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, understanding clients' financial needs, providing expert advice on equities, commodities, and demat services and promoting financial products and services.

The role also requires handling client queries via phone, ensuring exceptional service, and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications

• A Bachelors degree in any stream.
• Understanding of equity and commodities markets or a willingness to learn.
• Sales and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused attitude
