Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Genesys Cloud Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing and optimizing the Genesys Cloud platform, ensuring efficient deployment and integration of customer service solutions, and providing technical support to ensure seamless performance. You will be responsible for configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining the Genesys Cloud system to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Genesys Cloud solutions, including voice, chat, email, and workforce management.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and implement customer service workflows.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, making recommendations for optimization.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for issues related to Genesys Cloud.
• Ensure seamless integrations with other business systems and applications.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Genesys Cloud platform and new product features.
• Conduct training sessions for internal teams on Genesys Cloud functionality and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to minimize system downtime.
• Assist in system upgrades and implementations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Genesys Cloud platform (certification is a plus).
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies and customer experience management.
• Experience with Genesys Cloud Voice, WebChat, email, and workforce management modules.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Genesys Cloud integrations and APIs.
• Understanding of contact center operations and performance metrics.
• Knowledge of other cloud platforms or CRM systems is a plus.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
