Job Title: Genesys Developer

Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune (Onsite WFO)

Contract Duration: 18 months

Scope of Work:

We are seeking four Genesys PS resources and one Architect with expertise in AI Bot technologies. The team will be based onsite and collaborate with existing Genesys PS teams to develop and implement the required solutions.

Project phases include:

• Phase 1: Support the migration of call flows from Avaya to Genesys.
• Phase 2: Enhance the migrated call flows with Conversational AI features.

Skills Requirement:

Genesys PS resources with experience in AI Bot integration.

Duration of Engagement: 6 months for core engagement.

Documentation Requirements: Documentation is required and must follow an agreed-upon template.

Features and Functionalities in Use:

API integration with insurance systems

Integration with Salesforce

Utilization of Genesys Pointillist

Implementation of Genesys Dialog Bot/Conversation AI for voice

SMS and email functionality

Additional Features/Integrations Required: None at this stage.

AI / Bot Use Cases & Requirements:

Focused on the insurance sector, with approximately 110 intents across 14 Lines of Business (LOBs). This may be subject to change based on the discovery phase.
