Position Overview:

We are looking for a ServiceNow QA Lead - ATF with 6+ years of experience to lead end-to-end ServiceNow testing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Automated Test Framework (ATF) and ServiceNow implementation from scratch. This is a full-time remote opportunity, perfect for someone who is passionate about ensuring high-quality ServiceNow deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead ServiceNow QA efforts, ensuring high-quality implementations.

Design, develop, and execute Automated Test Framework (ATF) scripts.

Define testing strategies, plans, and best practices for ServiceNow modules.

Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

Identify and document defects, working closely with developers to resolve them.

Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices & quality standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing with business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience:

6+ years of experience in ServiceNow QA & Testing.

Strong expertise in Automated Test Framework (ATF) in ServiceNow.

Hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation from scratch.

Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM is a plus.

Proficiency in test automation tools & scripting (JavaScript, Selenium, REST API testing).

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
