Manager

Collaborate with the UX and creative team to develop and execute visual concepts that
align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Create engaging and innovative designs for digital and print assets, including websites,
apps, marketing materials, social media graphics and more.
Produce high-quality visual content such as illustrations, infographics, and icons that
effectively communicate key messages and enhance user experiences.
Ensure consistency and coherence across all design elements, maintaining brand integrity
and visual standards.
Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate new ideas
and techniques into design projects.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, gather feedback, and
make revisions as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in afast-paced environment.

Preferred candidate profile:
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field or Any Graduate
7+ years of work experience in relevant fields.
Proven experience as a Visual Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing
a range of design projects.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as XD, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant tools.
Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and other design
fundamentals.
Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas and concepts effectively.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and user-centric
designs.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
