Creative Manager (Design and illustrations)

Who we are looking for

21CC Education, based out of India and the Netherlands, is a skill development company focused on on-boarding and up-skilling frontline workers across industries such as transportation and logistics, healthcare and the green economy.

21CC Education creates its own e-learning content which it hosts on 21CC Skilled, a highly innovative, gamified and mobile-based skilling and job placement platform.

In order to further build out its team 21CC Education is looking for a highly creative, versatile and articulate Creative Manager to lead the development of designs and illustrations for its e-learning content and the 21CC Skilled platform.

Who are you?

• Ideally you will have worked across different media as an illustrator and/or graphic designer. You will have experimented with various styles as part of client assignments, although you have your own distinctive style.
• You are not just familiar with technology but have used tools to enhance and extend your creative reach. AI doesnt scare you, in fact you have already experimented with the many uses of AI to accelerate and replicate your work.
• You are confident and articulate your opinions well but are also a team player, willing to listen and take guidance from colleagues across geographies and functions.

Key areas of responsibility

• Create and/or commission the creation of illustrations for e-learning modules and the user interface for 21CC Skilled
• Research and recommend the use of AI tools to accelerate the development and replication of illustrations
• Discuss the evolution of the 21CC Education look and feel with other members of the team. Weigh options and settle on a distinctive style to guide the creative expression of the company
