• Lead and manage a team of data engineers and analysts in the design, development, and maintenance of Snowflakebased data solutions.
• Provide mentorship, training, and career development to team members, ensuring skill growth and project success.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including data science, analytics, and business intelligence, to deliver data solutions that align with company goals.

• Oversee the deployment, optimization, and scaling of Snowflake in a production environment.
• Manage Snowflake performance, including query optimization, cost management, and resource allocation.
• Ensure the effective use of Snowflake features, such as virtual warehouses, data sharing, Snowpipe, and time travel.
• Data Architecture & Integration
• Work with stakeholders to design, build, and optimize data pipelines, ensuring seamless integration between Snowflake and other data tools, such as ETL frameworks, BI tools, and cloud services.
• Develop and enforce best practices for data modeling, data warehousing, and metadata management within Snowflake.
• Ensure that data architectures are scalable, secure, and meet business needs.

• Ensure data security and compliance with company and industry standards, including implementing access controls and encryption in Snowflake.
• Perform regular audits of Snowflake environments to identify and mitigate potential risks.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all Snowflakerelated initiatives.
• Work closely with business and IT leaders to understand requirements and deliver data solutions that drive business insights.
• Provide regular reports and updates to leadership on the status of Snowflake projects, performance metrics, and key initiatives.
• Education Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or related field.
• Experience
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or cloud data architecture, with at least 23 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive experience with Snowflake, including architecture, performance tuning, and best practices.
• Proven track record of managing teams, mentoring junior staff, and delivering highquality data solutions on Snowflake.

• Proficient in Snowflakes architecture, including schema design, data pipelines, data loading, and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes and frameworks (e.g., DBT, Airflow, etc.).
• Experience with data security, data governance, and compliance best practices.
• deliver data solutions that meet those requirements.

• Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and stay within budget.
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables while coordinating resources.
• Track progress and handle any challenges that may arise during project execution.

• Develop and oversee the design of data architecture to ensure scalability, flexibility, and performance.
• Design and implement data models, storage solutions, and realtime or batch data processing systems.
• Make decisions on the adoption of new tools, technologies, and methodologies within the Azure ecosystem.
