Internal Firm Services Senior Manager

• Emissions Insights Data analysis and representations to provide insights into PwC Indias emissions (scope 1,2 3) with various cuts across LoS, BUs, Staff grade, locations etc
• Drive targeted engagement with business leaders (LoS, BUs and functions) towards adoption of Net Zero strategy and reduce emissions.
• Support the Change Management, Trainings and Communication around the initiative.
• Manage project life cycle activities from concept, design options, implementation including tracking and reporting project activities.
• Pull together all the 810 workstreams to align and deliver on the agreed milestones, reporting requirements, comms plan, inhouse green initiatives etc.
• Work closely with functional teams to implement Net Zero initiatives.
• Oversight on the data accuracy, completion, and comprehensiveness
• Timely report outs as per global reporting requirements
• Local reporting requirements for leadership consumption India Leadership Team reporting, NZ KPIs, Emissions dashboard reporting etc.
• Carbon Offsets Strategy and Management
• Develop and execute Carbon offsets strategy in accordance with the global guidelines.
• End to end management of procuring and monitoring credits and IRec s, overseeing the compliances etc.
• Work closely with global team and other territory teams to contribute and consume best practice.
• Benchmark against peers NZ journey initiatives
• Preferred Consulting background preferably in the ESG/ Net Zero space.
• Relationship Management Strong people management skills excellent interpersonal skills to deal with various internal external stakeholders.
• Ability to Conceptualize execute with speed.
• Strong Executive presence, excellent communication skills (written and verbal); basic copywriting skills preferred to improve awareness within PwC employees for senior management communication.
• Strong analytical bent of mind and structured problemsolving approach, consulting experience preferred.
• Network and invest in relationships ESG clients, peers, global counterparts.
• Proficient in excel/ sheets and PowerPoint/ slides, data crunching/analytics.

• Preparation of Indian and Global reporting ensuring accuracy along with highlighting additional trends or observations to be included as qualitative inputs in the deck
• Reviewing overall revenue and other financials to link it with emissions
• Being comfortable with reported details by monitoring GL with Cost Centre, GL, Location etc. and getting known to AP and Expense modules.

• Working as business partner to teams to consolidate budgets along with appropriate backups and highlighting the need for the same, if not available
• Track and maintain any changes to the budgets and forecast to ensure the latest version is always available for management review
• Trend Analysis of budget at the time of initiating budgeting exercise to ensure better understanding of input submission which can drive more qualitative analysis
• Preparing and analysing key KPIs of LoS/SBU to ensure full understanding and visibility at the time of budget submission to ensure better understanding of input submission which can drive more qualitative analysis.

• Maintaining repository of past year trends of key metrics and KPIs
• Work with eFinance Innovation team in implementing business intelligence tool and dashboard reports
• Proactively participate in process improvement measures for Finance
• Automation of Monthly operating results (MOR) submitted to Global along with Quarterly investment reports
• Developing exception reporting, predictive modelling and scenario analysis
• Developing a robust budget application to take inputs from business with version control, user friendly with India IT
• Development, maintenance and automation of the Partner emission dashboard
• Analysing headcount/FTE and pyramids visavis budgets and reporting exceptions
• Updating SOPs and manuals to ensure the latest version is communicated to any new joiner
• File restructuring and process optimization in BAU reports

• Chalking out a training plan for self and discussing training needs with the manager
• Enable all team members to settle in and be conceptually clear with major concepts
• Contributing in creation of a high performing Team
• Contributing to improve the culture and image
• Enabling team mates to deliver regular BAU activities by providing them support, as and when needed

• Building maintaining effective working relationship with leaders, stakeholders and team members
• Maintaining and building relationships with other Finance process teams to ensure end to end process efficiency achieved
