- Manage and mentor a team of managers and consultants.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
- Ensure continuous development of team members through training and feedback.
- Contribute to the development and execution of PwCs advisory strategy.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop gotomarket strategies for new service offerings.
- Ensure adherence to PwCs quality standards and risk management protocols.
- Optimize project delivery processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure profitability.
