Job Description
- Design & Wireframing
- Create intuitive and visually appealing wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to illustrate user journeys, business flows, and screen layouts.
- Utilize wireframing tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
- User Experience Representation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into usercentric designs.
- Present designs to stakeholders to gain approval and refine based on feedback.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration
- Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure designs align with business objectives and technical feasibility.
- Partner with development teams to maintain consistency and implement designs effectively.
- Salesforce Experience
- Where applicable, design user interfaces and experiences within the Salesforce ecosystem, leveraging its capabilities to meet business needs.
- UI Scripting (Optional/Nice to Have)
- Contribute to frontend development efforts, creating responsive and functional user interfaces using modern UI scripting frameworks and languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on UX trends, tools, and best practices to enhance design quality and efficiency.
- Advocate for usercentered design principles within the organization.
