Job Description
This role involves developing and executing data quality assurance processes, identifying data discrepancies, and working closely with crossfunctional teams to resolve issues
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data quality assurance, experience in the insurance industry, and familiarity with Guidewire Insurance Suite
- Develop and implement comprehensive data quality assurance strategies and processes
- Conduct thorough data validation and verification to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Identify, document, and track data quality issues and discrepancies
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to resolve data quality issues
- Perform root cause analysis of data quality problems and recommend corrective actions
- Create and maintain data quality metrics and reports to monitor and communicate data quality status
- 38 years of experience in data quality assurance, preferably in the insurance domain
- Experience with Guidewire Insurance Suite is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of data quality principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of insurance industry standards and regulations is a plus
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e

- Certification in data quality or data management (e

, CDMP, IQCP) is a plus
