- Broad Experience & Expertise Requirements
Work experience as a Java Software Engineer, Java Developer or similar role
- Strong experience in building Spring/Spring Boot based Java web applications
- Knowledge of Spring Security
- Familiarity with Object-Oriented Design (OOD)
- Knowledge of ORM e.g., Hibernate
- Knowledge of JMS tools like Kafka/RabbitMQ
- Good knowledge of popular Java frameworks like JSF and Spring MVC
Experience with test-driven development
Problem-solving skills - Educational Qualifications
BE/BTech/MCA from reputed institution/university - Certifications (added advantage)
- Personality traits (a must)
- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle complex assignment independently
- Ability to work with ambiguity. Taking a systematic, structured view of situations.
- Ability to interact with client (senior government officials)
- Demonstrating willingness to get hands dirty and developing a problem-solving attitude
- Strong personal and professional presence and self-confidence, capable of working effectively with
