Implementing and delivering GRC technology enablement services using leading GRC/IRM platforms like Archer, ServiceNow, MetricStream, Diligent, Workiva, OneTrust etc
Lead discussions and workshops with clients stakeholders (at different levels) to understand current GRC/IRM program and process maturity, provide recommendations and enhance existing GRC / IRM processes.
Lead discussions and workshops with clients to create a riskaware culture through proper technology enablement of riskrelated processes using GRC/ IRM solutions.
Facilitate user workshops and conduct interviews to gather and document business needs, requirements, desired workflows, opportunities and challenges.
Develop GRC/IRM business functional and technical requirements, document functional design, process flow diagrams, user stories, and gather feedback to influence solution design and approach.
Design and architect solutions to automate client GRC/ IRM processes into GRC/ IRM solutions to meet their unique requirements.
Design and configure modules within GRC/ IRM solutions including form layouts, workflow, reporting/ dashboards, notifications, access controls, data imports etc.
