Responsibilities: Job Description

The Project Manager for Operations Procurement will be
responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing various
projects related to operations and procurement within the
aerospace and defence sector. This role requires a deep
understanding of industry standards, supply chain
management, and project management principles to ensure
efficiency and effectiveness in meeting project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
o Develop detailed project plans, including
scope, objectives, timelines, and resource
allocation.
o Lead and manage cross-functional project
teams to ensure project milestones are met.
o Monitor project progress, identify risks, and
implement mitigation strategies.
o Communicate project status, issues, and
successes to stakeholders and senior
management.
o Ensure compliance with industry regulations
and standards.
Operations Management:
o Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure
smooth project execution.
o Streamline processes to enhance efficiency
and reduce costs.
o Develop and implement operational policies
and procedures.
o Monitor performance metrics and implement
continuous improvement initiatives.

Procurement Management:
o Develop and manage procurement strategies
to support project requirements.
o Negotiate contracts with suppliers and
vendors to secure the best terms and
conditions.
o Manage supplier relationships to ensure
quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely
delivery.
o Ensure compliance with procurement policies
and regulations.
o Monitor and manage procurement budgets
and expenses.

Mandatory skill sets: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth

project execution.
Streamline processes to enhance efficiency and

reduce costs.

Preferred skill sets: o P Develop and manage procurement
strategies to support project requirements.
o Negotiate contracts with suppliers and
vendors to secure the best terms and
conditions.

Perform Coding, Testing and QA in ABAP, HANA, BRF+,
Web Dynpro and related programming languages.

Years of experience required: 4-7 years

Education qualification: BE/B.Tech/MBA/MCA
