Manager - Technology Strategy-TS&T

The job responsibilities primarily involve spearheading our clients cloud initiatives. This includes establishing a detailed cloud strategy, design of secure, scalable, and costeffective cloud environments, development of application migration strategies, the assurance of seamless integration with legacy systems, and the definition of cloud operating model.

• Cloud Advisory and Finops Cloud Strategy & Readiness, Cloud Governance, FinOps Strategy & Operating Model, Cloud Cost Optimisation
• Architecture & Integration Technology effectiveness, Enterprise architecture, Digital business architecture, Solution architecture, Integration services
• Technology project delivery Project and program management (PPM) services, Product management, Agile Services, Application development, Innovate and prototype technology solutions, PPM assessment services, Testing as a Service

• Conduct thorough research and analysis of client organizations, including their industry, competitors, and market trends.
• Collaborate with client teams to identify challenges, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with key stakeholders to gather information and insights.
• Support RFP and Proposal response building. Work on Firm Reinvestment activities and support Thought Leadership.
• Analyze data and financial reports to assess performance, identify trends, and make datadriven recommendations.
• Develop comprehensive action plans, strategies, and roadmaps to address client challenges and achieve their goals.
• Present findings, recommendations, and implementation plans to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Provide guidance and support during the implementation phase, working closely with client teams to ensure successful execution.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, adjusting as necessary.

• 9+ years of experience in management consulting, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to effectively interpret and analyze complex data sets.
• Excellent problemsolving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in using various analytical tools and software, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment. Demonstrated experience developing winning proposals
• Ability to develop the approach, pricing structure, and team for a proposal

• Bachelor s or Master s degree Technology and Management (Business Administration) specialization preferred
• 9+ years relevant experience preferably in Digital, Technology and Cloud in consulting or technology function of industries
• Certifications relevant to any of the following or more areas
  • Cloudbased service providers like AWS, Microsoft, GCP, etc.
  • TOGAF, ITIL 4, COBIT certifications
