Job Description
You ll focus on promoting and monitoring compliance with applicable external laws and regulations as well as internal policies and procedures to help manage PwC s regulatory, litigation, and reputational risk
Our Independence Compliance team provides guidance on all areas of PwC s independence policy and the regulatory environment
As part of the team, you ll provide updates on Independence and regulatory rules and will evaluate new client opportunities based on PwC s compliance policies and procedures
- Risk Management review - understand risk and compliance processes and review the cases from risk management point of view
- Conduct primary and secondary research qualitative analysis
- Data review and risk analysis
- Ability to maintain the timelines with quality output
- Work on PwC Systems - UniRIsq, CES etc in reference to data
- Independent review of the information entered by the business team for completeness and correctness
- Proficient in MS Office tools
- Knowledge of PwC Risk Quality tools
- Good understanding of PwC business risks
- Good understanding of processes, systems and ability to perform within the given guidelines
- Meticulous, committed attitude
- Ability to manage deadlines, maintain quality of deliverables
- Good communication skill
- Good learning ability
- Ability to do analysis in good speed with quality review
