INOX - Human Resource Professional (3-7 yrs)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Professional to join our team at our Kandla Plant, Gandhidham, Gujarat.

Qualification: MBA / MSW or any relevant masters degree in Human Resource Management

Experience: 3 to 7 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Support day-to-day HR operations and departmental duties.

- Maintain and prepare MIS reports related to staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, and performance evaluations.

- Address employee concerns and ensure compliance with HR policies, rules, and regulations.

- Assist in payroll preparation, providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.

- Coordinate candidate communication, schedule interviews, and conduct initial orientations.

- Handle grievances and complaints professionally.

- Liaise with public services as required.

- Support talent acquisition and database updates.

- A degree in Human Resources or a related field.

- Proficiency in computer applications.

- Knowledge of labor laws and HR concepts.

- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
