Learning And Development Manager

Role Description

1. Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process, develops individual coaching plans, provides resources and assistance, and schedules orientation drive-along with senior representatives.

2. Conducts exercise sessions for new and current sales employees.

3. Observes sales encounters and collects feedback, results, and performance data of trainees after sessions.

4. Coordinates with other sales trainers and sales managers.

5. Create sales training plan for newbies, and bottom quartile performers.

6. Conducting monthly product training and process refreshers.

7. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.

8. Accompanying sales team at project sites for OJT.

Requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.

2. Ability to design effective training programs.

3. Great organizational and interpersonal skills.

4. Experience with building and developing teams.

5. Advanced customer service and time management skills.
