Job Title: General Manager Projects (Residential High-Rise Redevelopment Civil)

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of high-rise residential redevelopment projects, ensuring timely completion.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and government authorities for smooth execution.

Redevelopment & Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to local redevelopment regulations (SRA, MHADA, RERA, etc.).
• Manage approvals, clearances, and liaison with government bodies for compliance and permits.

Construction Management:

• Supervise civil & structural works, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with design specifications.
• Manage site operations, contractor performance, and progress tracking.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.

Cost Control & Budgeting:

• Prepare and monitor project budgets, controlling costs without compromising quality.
• Review contractor & vendor bills, ensuring accurate certification and timely payments.
• Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize costs and efficiency.

Stakeholder Coordination:

• Act as the key liaison between clients, consultants, internal teams, and external agencies.
• Manage communications with society members and ensure smooth execution of the redevelopment process.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and monitor project teams, ensuring high performance and accountability.
• Ensure adherence to safety norms and best construction practices.

Desired Profile:

• Experience: 15+ years in civil construction, with a strong focus on high-rise redevelopment projects.
• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech preferred).
• Expertise in: Project planning, construction methodologies, contract management, and government liaison.
• Software Skills: MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, ERP systems for project tracking.
• Key Attributes: Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities.
