Project Manager (High rise building construction) For Infra client

Key Details:

- 20 to 25 years of experience in constructing High Rise buildings.
- Proven track record in managing projects ranging from 500 to 1000 Crores.
- Expertise in project management, quality assurance, financial management, stakeholder management, Safety & compliance.
- Candidates from Infrastructure/Construction backgrounds are preferred.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (High Rise Building) to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, team coordination, and compliance with safety & building regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end construction project management for high-rise buildings.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure quality control, safety standards, and legal compliance are met.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor risk management, procurement, and contract negotiations.
• Utilize BIM, AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and Procore for efficient project execution.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders regarding project progress.
