Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Flutter Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms using Flutter. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth performance and user experience of our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build advanced applications using Flutter for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Collaborate with product, design, and back-end teams to create feature-rich, high-performance applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in mobile development.
• Integrate third-party libraries and APIs to enhance app functionality.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with team members.
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
• Ensure the application is compliant with the latest platform standards and guidelines (iOS and Android).
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed apps.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in developing mobile applications using Flutter.
• Strong proficiency in Dart programming language.
• Experience with state management libraries like Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc.
• Knowledge of Firebase and other cloud services.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries integration.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Understanding of mobile app design principles and UX/UI best practices.
• Familiarity with both Android and iOS development processes.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, or GitHub for project management.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks like Flutters testing tools or other mobile testing tools.
• Previous experience with publishing apps to the App Store or Google Play.
