Industry Background: Experience in handling industrial projects or factory construction

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end project implementation for industrial and factory construction projects.
• Manage site execution, project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and government authorities for approvals and smooth execution.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards during construction.
• Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Lead and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and contractors to optimize project efficiency.
• Collaborate with procurement teams for material sourcing and vendor management.
• Prepare and present project reports, cost estimations, and progress updates to senior management.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of industrial construction techniques, project planning, and execution.
• Expertise in civil engineering best practices, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and construction management software.
