Planning Engineer

Job Summary

Pump Academy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Planning Engineer to oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution related to pump systems and associated infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing project timelines, resource allocation, cost estimation, and ensuring efficient execution of projects while adhering to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Scheduling

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or other planning tools.
• Create work breakdown structures (WBS) to define project scope and deliverables.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines are met.
• Identify potential risks and delays, and propose mitigation strategies.

Resource & Cost Management

• Assess resource requirements and allocate manpower, equipment, and materials effectively.
• Prepare budget estimates and cost control reports for project tracking.
• Monitor project expenses and ensure cost efficiency.

Coordination & Reporting

• Collaborate with procurement, design, and execution teams to align planning activities.
• Generate project progress reports, Gantt charts, and dashboards for senior management.
• Conduct project status meetings and present findings to stakeholders.

Risk Management & Compliance

• Identify project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
• Implement quality control measures to meet customer and company expectations.

Certification in Project Management (PMP/PRINCE2) is a plus.
