Turn Around Planning Manager

Tools & Expertise:

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 & MSP, work scope planning, resource allocation, and critical path analysis
• Previous experience as a project planner or scheduler, preferably utilizing Primavera P6 / MSP software, is highly desirable
• Knowledge of Refinery Process & the equipment along with the activities that are performed for their maintenance during Shutdown
• Assigning project resources, such as manpower, equipment, and materials, to activities in the project schedule

Client-Facing Role:

Strong communication and coordination with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors

Responsibilities:

Develop, optimize, and manage turnaround schedules, ensuring alignment with client expectations and industry best practices.

Collaboration: Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless execution of turnarounds
