Solar Project Planner

Role & responsibilities

• Project planning & scheduling for Engineering, Procurement & Construction using Primavera P6.
• Tracking of Baseline schedule, critical activities, Gant Chart, S-Curve preparation, Power BI presentation, Risk management.
• PR generation, material code generation, GRNs MIGO using SAP.
• Preparation & monitoring/controlling of Billing Breakup Unit (BBU).
• Tracking of project budget vs actual (cost controller).
• Project complete documentation along with billing details, contractor billing.
• Coordination with inter department like Supply Chain Management, Design & Engineering, Finance department, site construction team.
• Daily monitoring of project progress reports & road map discussion of missed baseline dates with site team & project head.
• MS Power point slides preparation for Business Review Meeting & Monthly Review Meeting.
• RFP preparation & floating to contractors for civil activities like Main Control Room, Inverter Control Room, Switchyard, Pilling, AC & DC Works, installation & commissioning, statutory approvals and other site miscellaneous activities.
• Review of technical CAD drawings for construction purpose like plant layout, plant array layout, AC SLD, DC SLD, equipment positioning (ICR, MCR, Switchyard), cable layout, earthing layout.
• Coordination with manufacturers (supply items), sub-contractors, vendors, consultants, suppliers, and client.
• Reviewing of contractor bills including the scope of work, specifications, value engineering, bill of quantities, technical offer, technical clarification, and list of deviation to the specification as per scope of work.
