Experience & Requirements:6 to 10yrs into the similar role

• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Management (MBA) /MSW

• Manpower planning & Recruitment:
  
• Manage hiring and selection, Ensure smooth delivery targets & TAT for multiple locations within assigned areas employees- personal files.

• Payroll & Statutory:
  
• Responsible for the monthly payroll process and ensure accuracy and proper reports for payroll related.
  
• Leave & Attendance Management
  
• Keep abreast of and ensure compliance with upcoming change of statutory ordinance and government requirements
  
• Coordinate with inter department to address & resolve compliance related discrepancy.

• Vendor Management
  
• Visa Management

• Full & Final Settlement

• Site Workforce Management & Mobilizing resources

• Site Offices, Camps, Admin Facilities Setup

• Site Administration, Controlling Site costs

• Monitor VTS of all project sites

• Monitor biometric attendance of on roll staff on daily basis

• Employee Engagement:
  
• Suggest and lead events and activities which enhance employee relationship, motivation and commitment in workplace
  
• Handle staff grievance and workplace conflict.
