Position Title: Associate-Transport/Outbound

Location: Gurgaon

Reports to: Manager-Warehouse Operation

Key Objectives:

• Establish and maintain vendor relationships, negotiate terms, and drive cost reduction initiatives while ensuring SLA achievement.
• Track dispatch to delivery, providing daily MIS reports on consignment basis and prioritizing special attention for highpriority shipments.
• Resolve discrepancies and issues efficiently, ensuring smooth operations through TMS adoption in daily activities.
• Plan daily picking based on priority and aging DNs, monitoring partial and aging DNs for effective stock movement.
• Ensure "Sell Fast" orders are handed over within 48 hours and track priority DNs until dispatch.
• Monitor hourly picking productivity, compare plan vs. execution twice daily, and track order drop status for efficient order processing.
• Ensure picking to invoice completion within 48 hours, with two daily checks for 100% accuracy.
• Maintain manpower tracking, including DOJ details, and promptly address DNs stuck due to issues, updating stakeholders via mail.
• Consolidate all outbound data into MIS reports for comprehensive tracking and performance analysis.
• Adopt TMS in daily activities for enhanced tracking, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria and Functional Competencies Required:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management or experience in warehouse process.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in transportation.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse activities.
• Knowledge of WMS/TMS/SAP ERP related softwares
• Ability to create routine reports and correspondence effectively and to changing priorities
• Manages time adapts quickly
• Team player who works productively with a wide range of people
• Knowledge of transportation and ready accept challenges.
