Assistant Retail Store Manager

As an Assistant Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store. This includes driving sales, managing the team, ensuring an exceptional in-store customer experience, and maintaining operational efficiency.

• Assist in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth for the store.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
• Address and resolve customer queries and concerns effectively.
• Promote in-store campaigns, offers, and events to enhance sales performance.
• Team ManagementSupervise and motivate store associates to achieve individual and team goals.
• Provide on-the-job training and ensure team members adhere to store policies and guidelines.
• Foster a positive work environment that aligns with the company's values and culture.
• Operations & InventoryEnsure proper stock management, including replenishment, stock rotation, and shrinkage control.
• Assist in maintaining a visually appealing store layout and merchandising standards.
• Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the store premises.
• Handle cash management, billing accuracy, and daily reconciliations.
• Reporting & AnalysisMonitor sales, inventory levels, and staff performance, and report insights to the Store Manager.
• Identify trends and opportunities for improvement to optimize store performance.
